Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

• Free standard shipping on all orders over $50.
• Subscription orders always ship free — one more reason to Subscribe & Save.
• Orders under $50 ship at a flat rate calculated at checkout.
• Standard delivery typically arrives within 3–7 business days in the continental United States.

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control.

Returns & Refunds

We stand behind every stick. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery — with free returns on every order.

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, even on opened products.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return is processed.
• Return shipping is free — we’ll provide a prepaid label.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders follow the same shipping and return policies as one-time purchases. You can change your delivery frequency, swap flavors, skip a shipment, pause, or cancel anytime from your account.
